Eine Woche – drei Gewinner am Krypto-Markt

Für die zehn größten Kryptoassets nach Marktkapitalisierung war es eine recht ruhige Woche  - mit einer Ausnahme: Bitcoin (BTC). Das größte Kryptoasset zeigte in den letzten sieben Tagen  mit einem Wachstum von 16 Prozent eine hervorragende Performance. Im Vergleich dazu legte Ethereum nur um zwei Prozent zu, während Cardano und Binance vier Prozent verloren. Doch auch außerhalb der Top 10 überraschten einige Assets mit einer noch besseren Performance, darunter das „Meme-Token“ SHIB (plus 123 Prozent) und der „Ethereum-Killer“ Fantom (plus 50 Prozent).
  • Das als „ Shiba-Token” bekannte Asset Shiba Inu (SHIB) ist ein Krypto-Experiment mit einer wachsenden Community von bereits jetzt mehr als 700.000 Inhabern. Der kürzliche Preisanstieg lässt sich auf eine diese Woche geplante Veröffentlichung von NFT-Avataren zurückführen. Der Name dieser NFTs lautet „Shiboshis”, sie werden über die hauseigene DEX (Decentralized exchange)-Plattform namens ShibaSwap erhältlich sein. Das zum Erwerb dieser Avatare nötige Token ist LEASH, das - als Schwestertoken von SHIB - als Kaufbeleg Zugang zu exklusiven Launches wie dem zu erwartenden NFT-Drop bieten wird.
  • Fantom (FTM) ist die am schnellsten wachsende Blockchain. Allein in den letzten sieben Tagen stieg das in das DeFi-Asset investierte Gesamtvermögen (TVL, total value locked) um 200 Prozent und liegt aktuell bei sieben Milliarden Dollar. Dieses Wachstum wurde durch die steigende Nutzerschaft des Blockchain-übergreifenden Protokolls AnySwap befördert. Mit AnySwap wird dem dringenden Bedarf entsprochen, Kryptoassets mit niedrigen Transaktionskosten über unterschiedliche Plattformen hinweg handeln zu können - darunter Ethereum, Solana, Binance und Fantom. Darüber hinaus gibt es noch ein weitere, vielversprechende Kooperation: Yearn Finance, ein sogenannter Rendite-Aggregator, der als Vermögensverwalter für Blue Chips agiert, kündigte letzte Woche seine Integration in das Fantom-Ökosystem an. Dies stellt ohne Zweifel einen Beweis der wachsenden Akzeptanz von Fantom als alternative und zusätzliche Abwicklungsebene neben Ethereum dar und etabliert Fantom zugleich als dynamisches Ökosystem, das man im Auge behalten sollte.
  • Zum Abschluss noch ein Wort zur Kursrally von Bitcoin: Diese wurde in allererster Linie durch die Aktivitäten institutioneller Anleger angetrieben, die mehr Kauf- als Verkaufsaufträge auf dem Kassamarkt ausführten. Dies wird mit dem Blick auf das Kauf- und Verkaufsverhältnis der letzten Woche deutlich: Das Verhältnis betrug bei außerbörslichen Händlern (OTC-Broker) 54,8 Prozent, bei Fonds 54,6 Prozent und bei Family Offices 54,5 Prozent (siehe untenstehende Grafik). Auch die Spekulationsdynamik hat sich erhöht, was sich an einem 45-prozentigen Anstieg an Open Interest (OI)-Futures für Bitcoin in den letzten 24 Stunden erkennen lässt - diese haben einen Gesamtwert von 18 Milliarden Dollar erreicht. Das Open Interest liegt somit wieder auf dem Wert, den es im Januar dieses Jahres hatte, als Bitcoin einen Wert von rund 40.000 Dollar – 28 Prozent unter dem heutigen Wert von 56.000 Dollar – hatte. Das sind gute Neuigkeiten, da der Bitcoin-Derivatemarkt heute deutlich weniger gehebelt ist als während seines früheren Zyklus in diesem Jahr. Das hat im Großen und Ganzen zwei Gründe: Zum einen sind es die Restriktionen in China und zum zweiten die Tatsache, dass Binance und FTX die Hebelwirkung auf ihren Plattformen reduziert oder in einigen Fällen den Derivatehandel in Europa eingestellt haben, wie es bei Binance der Fall ist.
